David A. Richin
David A. Richin received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1970. Upon graduation, he attended the American University, Washington College of Law. He attained his Juris Doctor degree in 1973 and was selected to serve a clerkship in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the Honorable John R. Hess.
After completing his clerkship, David Richin began his law practice in Silver Spring, Maryland. He has been continuously engaged in the practice of law for over 33 years, principally concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury and negligence law.
Mr. Richin has been actively involved in the Montgomery County Bar Association since 1974. He has served as Chairman of the Lawyer Referral Committee, a member of the Elections Committee, a member of the Ethics Committee, and a member of the Professionalism Committee. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Richin has also been awarded the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Richin is admitted to practice law in the following courts: United States District Court for the District of Maryland, 1975; Supreme Court of the United States of America, 1978; Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, 1974; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, 1977; Court of Appeals of Maryland, 1974; District of Columbia Court of Appeals, 1974.
